Commissions

Commissions are currently open for building, house, or residence portraits!

Each piece is digitally drawn by hand to accurately reflect the character of the home and printed with archival inks on Acid free heavy art paper. Each piece is then signed and shipped by yours truly ensuring that you get a one of a kind piece of art.

Sizes and Cost:
-8.5” x 11” ($225) Each additional print is $25
-12” x 18” ($285) Each additional print is $45

*This includes shipping to Continental USA. Not currently shipping internationally.

Commission Guidelines:

The commission must be an apartment / condo building, house, or place of residence. The commissioned piece will be of the outside of the building and not the interior.

I retain the right to refuse the commission at any time, which would result in a full refund.

Ownership of the original art does not include ownership of publishing rights. Simply put I retain the right to publish, post on social media and sell prints if applicable. Digital files are not authorized for reproduction.

Commissions are completed in approximately 3-4 weeks.
